Refunds & Returns Policy

At Mountain Mist Honey, we take great pride in producing premium small-batch Australian honey and handcrafted products of exceptional quality.

Due to the nature of food products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind on opened or consumed items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or unsuitable for its intended purpose, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will gladly arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, subject to approval by our customer support team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return:

• Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition
• Proof of purchase must be provided
• Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

Once approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
