At Mountain Mist Honey, every order is carefully packed by hand to ensure your products arrive safely and beautifully presented.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, product launches, or seasonal demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email. 

Shipping Locations

We currently ship Australia wide with the exception of Western Australia due to current quarantine restrictions.

For international shipping enquiries, please contact us directly prior to ordering.

Packaging & Care

Our honey and beeswax products are packaged with great care using protective materials designed to minimise movement and protect glass during transit.

As many of our products are handcrafted in small batches, slight natural variations may occur and are part of the authentic Mountain Mist Honey experience.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Approximate delivery estimates:
• NSW Metro: 1–4 business days
• Interstate Metro: 3–7 business days
• Regional & Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Please note these timeframes are estimates only and may vary during peak postal periods.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue so we can assist promptly.

Authority to Leave

Some deliveries may be left in a safe location if deemed appropriate by the courier unless signature on delivery has been requested.

Warm Weather Notice

Honey is a natural product and may change texture slightly during warmer weather or transit. This does not affect product quality or safety.
